$45k – $70k (commensurate with experience)
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

Proven work experience as a social media manager
- Hands on experience in content management

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and other social media best practices

Experience creating content for instagram stories & reels

Ability to deliver creative content (text, photo and video)

Knowledge of online marketing channels

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop content to increase community engagement online
- Working alongside marketing team on photo/video shoots
- Creating video & photo content for instagram stories & reels
- Community management & engagement
- Work with relevant influencers or complementary brands to grow the company’s social following organically
- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
- Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
- Drive content creation through customer outreach
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Work together to achieve various marketing objectives
